Brian P Kiley, OD Diplomate ABO
Dr. Kiley is on the Medical Staff and has hospital privileges at the Rehabilitation Hospital of Rhode Island and Landmark Medical Center. He is an Adjunct Professor of Optometry at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Dr. Kiley is a past president of the Rhode Island Optometric Association and has served as an Examiner for the National Board of examiners in Optometry. He has been featured on "Health News" the nationally broadcast radio series of medical topics and has served as an examiner to the National Hockey League referees.

Dr. Kiley was born and raised in Tiverton, Rhode Island. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Rhode Island and his Doctor of Optometry Degree from Nova Southeastern University in Miami Florida.
William P Freitas, OD DIPLOMATE ABO
Dr. Freitas is a Past President of the Rhode Island Optometric Association and recently attended the president's council in San Diego, CA to dicuss the improvements of the Affordable Care Act. He has hospital privileges and is on staff at Landmark Medical Center and Rehabilitation Hospital of Rhode Island.
Dr. Freitas is an Adjunct Professor of Optometry at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. He has served as the Optometry Liaison for the Medicare Federal Carrier Advisory Committee. |
Dr. Freitas served as an examiner of clinical skills for the National Board of Examiners in Optometry in Boston MA. He was featured on NBC with Barbara Morse-Silva to discuss Diabetic Retinopathy. He volunteered as part of a healthcare mission to Turrialba, Costa Rica with VOSH where he helped set up a clinic and provided care to the underserved population.
APRIL BROWN, OD
Originally from Saskatchewan, Canada, Dr. Brown earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Mississippi Valley State University in Biology. She competed as a member of the MVSU volleyball team and still enjoys competing in the New England area. Dr. Brown obtained her Doctor of Optometry from MCPHS University. She enjoys practicing all aspects of optometry, and working with patients of all ages.

HOLLY DWAN, OD
Dr. Dwan graduated from New England College of Optometry in 1999 and has been working in the field for 20 years. Her favorite part about working in this business is the satisfaction of truly helping people who are appreciative of their vision, and the value of a comprehensive eye exam. Dr. Dwan likes to spend her free time rowing, kayaking, painting and listening to audiobooks.

Safa Wagdi, md
Dr. Wagdi recently closed his well regarded private practice on Broad St in Central Falls. His office closing was very sudden due to an unexpected health issue. All of his records have been transferred to Atlantic Family Eye Care to ensure a smooth transition of care. We look forward to welcoming these new patients into the fold and continuing to provide them the excellent care they are accustomed to.
