Please bring your prescription eyeglasses, all current health insurance cards, and a list of current medications.
A complete eye exam will take approximately 30 minutes and may include dilation (enlarging of the pupil with eye drops), enabling the doctor to comprehensively examine the health of the back of the eye. Dilation drops may cause temporary blurring of vision and sensitivity to bright light, which may make driving uncomfortable for some patients. It is recommended to bring along a pair of sunglasses, or a designated driver.
